Downtime by James Allen5/11/2023 ![]() ![]() I kept the items but the likelihood of me ordering from this company again is unlikely. To my surprise James Allen shipped my rings overnight and they arrived within hours without me speaking to a representative. Within two hours I received a phone call apologizing for the miss communications and if I wanted to continue the order to call them back and will have it shipped first thing in the morning. Data Centers: What are some instances of datacenter/service downtime that cost businesses millions All related (34). I was told 3 weeks and when it didn't arrive I was told I didn't pay in full!! After a few email exchanges I requested to cancel the order. I also had to ask multiple times for updates because I was never sent any information on my order. ![]() I placed an order and was never sent an email confirmation or receipt until I requested it two days later. ![]() The pieces are breath taking but the inconsistencies in service are unbearable. James Allen has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with considering they are the top rated online jewler. Allens books illustrate the use of the power of thought to increase personal capabilities. ![]()
